AI mimics human intelligence to support healthcare workers through improving diagnosis and prognosis, administrative and clinical workflows, patient outreach, and more. We study several dimensions of AI in healthcare. First, we develop innovative methodologies for the next generation of healthcare predictive models. Second, we apply AI in clinical workflows through prospective studies and study user perspectives through mixed-methods work. Third, we study key policy questions involving the integration of AI in healthcare.
